Saturday 4th May
The Arundel Lido re opens on Saturday 4th May at 10am and to celebrate the beginning of the new season, entry will be free on the day.
Why not beat the crowds and join us at 8.45am for one of our popular BootCamp training sessions and then a swim afterwards, all before the pool opens to the general public at 10.00am. The session will cater for all fitness levels so everyone can take part – there are no excuses! We are running this as part of our regular BootCamp programme but for this event only the session will be free of charge, however, why not make a donation (suggested amount £5) to Project LEAP to help turn the Arundel Lido site into an all-year-round facility?
What is Project LEAP?
Its primary objectives are to provide additional recreational and leisure facilities for the people of Arundel and its nearby Downland villages and to make better, all-year-round, use of the Lido site.
The new facilities will also be a major new attraction for tourists and visitors to Arundel.
The project involves the construction of a new building which will form a Wellbeing Hub, comprising:
• A 26-station Gym
• A Multi-purpose Community Hall
• An Indoor Café
• Heated Changing Rooms (with showers, toilets and lockers)
This will allow the site to be used all-year-round and (given the Heated Changing Rooms) will allow the Summer Swim Season to be extended by at least two months.

saturday 17th august - the big beach social
AT THE BEACH! Get out of the gym and enjoy the weather. Bring along your beach toys, paddle boards, kayaks, jet skis, frisbees etc…
This year our annual Summer Social will be held at Salt Kiosk beach front cafe which is owned and run by one of our amazing gym members. Rachael has kindly agreed to let us hang out and make a nuisance of ourselves on the day and the Salt team will be able to look after your food & beverage requirements.
There is word of a beach BBQ being put on just for us of which you will need to buy a ticket to get the best food on offer. We'd love to see as many of you as possible on the day but if you can't make it don't forget to share what you're up to by tagging #fivesevenfitness and #crossfitlineside through all the usual social media platforms.
Full details of the day are still TBC but rest assured we will update you as we know - times, dietary options, BBQ prices etc, watch this space…
