Do stuff you don’t like doing!
Correctly programmed and progressive training plans need to include both movements you should be doing and also movements you enjoy doing.
Constantly working on the stuff you’re good at and enjoy will create imbalances. Not only that it can lead to potential problems later in life. Couple that with the fact that you will probably not achieve what you’ve set out to do by working out anyway.
So, to get to where you want to be you will have to do the things that you don’t want to do, the stuff you suck at, the stuff that ‘hurts’, but you will also get to do the fun stuff, like climbing a rope and when have you ever seen someone not having fun swinging about on a rope?…
